The hotel was convenient to everything within, restaurants, entertainment, and sightseeing. The hotel was also nice because of the amenities. The 2 bedroom 2, 1 bath was like a nice little apartment fully furnished, a home away from home. Affordable priced compared to others in the area.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the ones with 2 bedrooms for our family. The location in the busy area of Baguio, nestled in the mountains, is perfect for exploring the nearby tourist areas. We also appreciated the staff's attention to detail, as they went out of their way to pick us up at the bus terminal and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms were just as pictured, offering a lovely view from outside. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and added to the overall positive experience.
All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

We had so much fun when we went to Baguio for vacation. It became even greater when we had the chanced to book for a vacation home at Tiptop Vacation Homes. The place was very near from all points of the Baguio sites, and it was a very good place to be for vacationeers. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They provided us more of what we paid for which made them more better countrymen than just an owner of the house. I simply cannot ask for more, they treated us niether their friends nor their customers, but relatives who seek for comfort and relaxation. More power to Tiptop Vacation Homes and keep up the positive attitudes your giving to your customers...God Bless!
I hope they have more places like this.

Away from the hustle and bustle . . .
No power outlet on the balcony where you'll get the best reception for the wireless connection . . .

We loved how we had all we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to prepare our meals easily. The living room was spacious enough for our large group, and we enjoyed hanging out outside as well. The location was perfect, being near tourist areas and parks. The staff was also accommodating, and we appreciated their assistance in providing extra blankets and asking us about our breakfast preferences.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Located in a mountain resort, perfect for those who want to escape the busy city life. the view from the balcony was sublime, especially during the new year's eve celebration. the rooms were spacious and complete with basic utensils, making it convenient for cooking one's meals.
The stairs leading to the house were steep and hard to climb, especially for senior citizens and children. the noise from other guests and the nearby houses was also bothersome during the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The vacation home is located in a quiet and isolated area that provides a relaxing atmosphere. the view from the corridor is lovely, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Some guests appreciate the staff's offer to transfer to a bigger room at no extra charge after complaining about the water heater.

Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely scenery, and clean comfortable rooms. The staff provided exceptional customer service, making us feel at home the entire stay. the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the sunrise. Lastly, our room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel was difficult to find and not located near any major attractions, requiring transportation for any sightseeing. the breakfast options were limited and not very tasty.
